Refund policy

Communication and Refunds:

We will inform you if any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is needed for processing. If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be resolved based on your bank's resolution period.

Refund Process:

Your refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 working days. If you do not see the refund reflected after this period, please reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Order Cancellation:

If a cancellation request is received before your order is processed or approved, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. While we strive for efficient order processing, we discourage cancellations after processing has begun.
