Shipping policy
Shipping:
At Taavara, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience. Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. During peak periods or special events, processing times might extend slightly. The processing period begins the business day after your order is placed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Once processed, your order will be picked up by our logistics partner and delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and chosen shipping method. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Bulk Orders:
For bulk purchases, corporate gifts, or retail opportunities, contact us at care@taavara.in. We offer special discounts for large orders, and full payment is required before processing.
Order Modifications:
Once your order is placed, we can update your shipping address or contact details as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse. However, changes to the items in your order aren’t possible once confirmed. Refunds are only available for discrepancies with your order. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other factors. To resolve any issues effectively, we ask you to record an unboxing video. We try our best to accommodate special requests (such as expedited delivery, delivery at certain times of the day, or deferred delivery), but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be fulfilled by our courier partners. If you aren't sure, we encourage you to WhatsApp or call us before placing your order.
Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Generally, deliveries take 3-7 working days. These are estimated times and may be affected by factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Cancellation:
To cancel an order, you can do so through our website or contact us at care@taavara.in or via WhatsApp/Call at +91 9159292000 (available from 10 am to 5 pm) within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed. If you refuse the delivery, the parcel will be returned, and shipping and return charges will be deducted from your refund. We recommend conducting a patch test and reviewing ingredient lists to prevent issues related to allergies. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for allergic reactions, fragrance preferences, or colour variations. Orders may be cancelled due to stock issues or inaccuracies. If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, we will initiate a refund. Orders can be cancelled before processing, but once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Delivery Issues:
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as damage or missing items, please contact us immediately at +91 9159292000 or care@taavara.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will address the issue as promptly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the country. We are unable to process orders for locations outside this area currently.
